Job Description: We are currently seeking multiple skilled and passionate E-Bike Technicians to join our teams in both Raleigh and Carrboro. As an E-Bike Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing electric bikes and scooters to keep our customers on the road! This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can apply your technical skills while contributing to the growth of a rapidly growing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly and accurately.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as brake adjustments, tire replacements, and battery inspections.

• Repair or replace damaged components, including motors, controllers, sensors, and wiring harnesses.

• Conduct thorough safety checks and test rides to verify the quality of repairs.

• Assist customers with inquiries, provide advice on E-Bike maintenance and repair options.

• Maintain organized records of repairs, inventory levels, and service appointments.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency and ensure timely completion of repairs.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and E-Bike models to enhance technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a bicycle mechanic or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on electric bikes.

• Knowledge of E-Bike components, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
